Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Minute Orders: Payment in full is required for your order for me to accept your flowers.

Advanced Booking Orders: To reserve your preservation date, a $75.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot on my calendar.

You are welcome to pay in full if you choose, but if you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before I receive your flowers. I am unable to accept flowers unless the final payment has been made in full.

Because each preservation is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece created with your unique flowers, all sales are final once your balance has been paid in full.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If your event is canceled or your flowers cannot be preserved, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future order.
  • Cancellations before final payment and flower delivery: Your $75.00 deposit will be retained, but no additional payment will be required.
  • Cancellations after I receive your flowers: Since work begins immediately upon receiving your flowers, I am unable to offer refunds.
  • Reschedules: If your event date changes, please let me know so I can change your reservation.

I appreciate your understanding that this policy allows me to give every arrangement the time, materials, and care it deserves.

Terms of Service

At The Blossom Grove (TBG), I want you to feel confident and cared for when you trust me with your flowers. Because I work with natural blooms and resin, every piece will be unique and may look different from your original bouquet. Here’s what to know:

Flowers change naturally – Colors may shift, spots or bubbles can appear, and resin may yellow over time. Pressed flowers behind glass may also darken as they age.

Flower condition matters – Please don’t refrigerate or freeze flowers before sending. TBG isn’t responsible for flowers that arrive wilted, moldy, or damaged in transit.

Damaged flowers – If flowers arrive in poor condition, I may decline preservation. For an added cost, I may be able to source replacements.

Artistic process – Resin pieces may be color-corrected to enhance their look, but they won’t perfectly match your fresh bouquet.

Photography – TBG may photograph finished pieces (and any photos you send us) for social media, the website, or ads.

Care tips – Don’t place hot items on resin pieces, they’re for display only.

Liability – My responsibility is limited to the amount you paid. I cannot cover indirect or consequential damages.

Claims – Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery.

Right to cancel – TBG may cancel an order if I believe I cannot provide a satisfactory outcome.

Thank you for trusting The Blossom Grove with your memories. I will always do my best to honor your blooms with care.

Shipping Instructions

Timing Is Important!

  • Hand-deliver or ship your flowers within 1-3 days following your event. If this timeline isn't followed, it could result in wilting of your flowers.
  • Avoid shipping on weekends or holidays to avoid delays, if possible.

Caring For Your Flowers Before Shipping

  • Keep your bouquet in tact and trim the stems at an angle about an inch and place them in a vase with water, away from direct sunlight. You are only trimming an inch off the stems. Please do not cut more than that.
  • Keep your flowers in water until you are ready to ship them to me. Please DO NOT put them in the refrigerator or the freezer as this can lead to the flowers being damaged.
  • Avoid touching the flowers as this can bruise the petals. You may not see the bruises when they are fresh but they are visible once cast in resin. Bruises appear as translucent spots on the flower in the final piece.

Preparing Your Flowers For Shipping

  • When it is time to ship your flowers to me, wrap stems in wet paper towels (but not dripping wet), then cover with plastic wrap. Do not let the plastic touch the flowers. You will only be wrapping the ends of the stems.
  • Secure the plastic with a rubber band.
  • Lightly wrap your bouquet with brown packing paper, similar to how you would find them at a grocery store.
  • Line the bottom of your box with packing paper and gently place your flowers on top of the packing paper.
  • Place more packing paper or tissue paper around the bouquet to prevent them from shifting during transit.
  • DO NOT use plastic bags to cover the flowers as this can trap moisture and cause mold.
  • Include this form inside the box.

Shipping Your Flowers

  • Use a reliable overnight service (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Clearly label the outside of the box "Perishable - Fragile - This Side Up"
  • Please do not require a signature upon delivery.
  • Once you have you shipped your flowers, please send me an email with your tracking information so I know when to expect them.
